Being a leader in the Russian protected vegetables market, ROST Group acquired Ryazanskiye Ovoshchi, which became the Group's 22nd greenhouse plant. It is located in the Rybnovskiy District, Ryazan Region.
Commissioned in 2019, the plant's production occurs over an area of 10 hectares. The complex boasts high-tech equipment, namely, the Ultra Clima system to maintain a special microclimate inside the greenhouse blocks. At present, Ryazanskiye Ovoshchi are cultivating small cucumbers.
Following the acquisition, ROST Group has solidified its leadership in the protected vegetables market. With the Ryazan asset, ROST Group's greenhouse plants will total over 700 hectares and cultivate more than 510,000 tonnes of vegetables each year.
The Ryazan Region is the 14th region where ROST Group operates. In 2026, greenhouse plants are also to be commissioned in the Omsk Region and the Republic of Buryatia. Furthermore, the Group includes a management company, a trade house, and innovative packaging and logistics centers, totaling over 14,000 employees.
