Part of ROST Group, the Lukhovitskie Ovoshchi greenhouse plant, located in Moscow Oblast, is leading player in Russia’s protected ground sector. It produced 10,000 tons of vegetables from January to March 2025, up 14% compared to the same period in 2024. Cucumber harvests totaled 7,600 tons, while tomatoes came in at 2,400 tons.

The plant grows Sladkaya Yagoda cherry tomatoes, Medovye tomatoes, and consumer's favorite Flamenco tomatoes. This year, Lukhovitskie Ovoshchi also harvested their first crop of a crunchy cucumber variety that's unique to Russia. It's being sold in national retail chains under the Botanika brand. Russia's first-ever cucumber brand, it's known for its bold, crunchy texture—a sure sign of its lasting juiciness and freshness.

It’s worth noting that in February 2025, ROST Group’s greenhouse plants successfully passed certification by the accredited body Roskachestvo – Organic. They now have the right to label their products with the “Green Standard” mark, confirming their enhanced quality and eco-friendly, safe production.

ROST Group’s tough standards and no-compromise approach deliver vegetables that hit high marks for quality and taste from seed to shelf. Lukhovitskie Ovoshchi is also home to Europe’s largest high-tech distribution center, where up to 500 tons of fresh products are processed and over 400,000 packs are sealed and shipped daily.
