The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the Department of Economic Development of Bryansk Oblast and Zhurinichi LLC signed an Agreement on the Protection and Encouragement of Capital Investments

Saint Petersburg, June 7, 2024 — As part of the 27th St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, a trilateral agreement was signed to safeguard and facilitate capital investments in ROST Group's project “Zhurinichi Greenhouse Plant” (Bryansk Oblast). Maxim Reshetnikov, Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Alexander Bogomaz, Governor of Bryansk Oblast, and Sergey Rukin, President of ROST Group, attended the signing ceremony.


Under this agreement, Zhurinichi LLC receives the guarantee of immutability of the investment project terms, and reimbursements of a part of the infrastructure expenses. 


The total amount of capital investments under the project is 7.5 billion rubles. It's expected that the Zhurinichi greenhouse plant will produce around 10 thousand metric tons of vegetables every year.
