From October 17th to 19th, restaurant market specialists and supply companies from all over Russia gathered in St. Petersburg at the MEGUSTRO festival. In the DAA Design District's area, the ROST Group set up a stand where visitors were able to learn about the company's five brands, try the vegetables, see how they grow in greenhouses, and ask any sorts of questions.
Discussions, exhibitions, chef seminars, and informal meetings between the professional community and producers were held as part of the festival. Chefs prepared haute cuisine and discussed the use of local products.
At the Chefs' Challenge, we provided exclusive varieties of our Medovye sweet cherry tomatoes and Sladkaya Yagoda cherry tomatoes of unusual shapes and colors, and our absolute leader in sales volume, the bright red Flamenco tomatoes, along with ROST cucumbers and lettuces. The chefs, teaming up with AI, came up with a non-standard serving of vegetables.
Manufacturers and industry leaders discussed trends, collaborations, and, naturally, how to cook deliciously.
