ROST Group is expanding its business portfolio with the launch of a large-scale industrial floriculture project. GC Sibir LLC, part of the ROST Group, is investing 13.5 billion rubles in the construction of a state-of-the-art greenhouse complex for flower cultivation in the Lipetsk Region. The region has pledged comprehensive support for the initiative.

The official cooperation agreement was signed on June 20, 2025, at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. The signatories were Natalia Loresh, CEO of ROST Management Company LLC, and Igor Artamonov, Governor of the Lipetsk Region.

Key project parameters: A production capacity of seven million flowers per year. Over 200 new jobs will be created, with the facility scheduled to launch in 2027.

The new complex will be located in the Yelets District of the Lipetsk Region and is poised to become one of the largest enterprises in its segment. The project is expected to strengthen ROST Group's leading position in the protected ground market and make a significant contribution to Russia's import substitution policy, reducing the domestic market's reliance on foreign flower suppliers.

The choice of this region as the launchpad for a new business line by the country's leading producer of protected-ground vegetables is driven by the successful completion of two major greenhouse investment projects: "LipetskAgro" and "Yeletskiye Ovoshchi" (Yelets Vegetables).
