From July 10 to 13, PFUR students took part in the "Growing the Future" Accelerator. Participants, together with experts, developed a project aimed at solving modern agricultural problems within three days.

Kirill Kosodurov, head of digital transformation of production projects, and Pavel Ivanov, chief agronomist of Lukhovitsy Vegetables greenhouse complex, told future agronomists about the modern technologies and innovations we use in the ROST holding complexes to grow fresh vegetables. The students asked questions about bumblebees, bio-protection, seeds, artificial intelligence, and how to grow tasty vegetables all year round.

The cooperation between ROST Group and higher education institutions is an important strategic task in the development of the younger generation of agronomists. There are plans to organize internships for students based on ROST greenhouse complexes starting from 2024. In this way, the best young specialists will be able to apply their knowledge in practice, and after graduation, continue to work and develop as part of the large team of the ROST Group of Companies.
