ROST Group, a leader in the greenhouse vegetable industry, has received two honors at the annual Agroinvestor magazine awards, winning in the categories “Top Manager of the Year” and “Socially Responsible Initiative.”

Natalia Loresh, CEO of ROST Management Company, was named Top Manager of the Year. Accepting the award, she said: “Many thanks to the expert community for such a high recognition. And of course, my deepest gratitude goes to the entire ROST Group team—more than 12,000 people working together, day in and day out, 365 days a year, carefully growing vegetables, harvesting them, and delivering them to store shelves as quickly as possible. Special thanks also to the founder of ROST Group and Chairman of the Board, Sergey Rukin. Without his strategic vision, this success would not have been possible. We’re moving forward—continuing to grow and to help others grow with us.”
The company received its second award in the “Socially Responsible Initiative” category, under “Education in the Agro-Industrial Sector,” for its “ROST Greenhouse” project at the Russian State Agrarian University–Timiryazev Moscow Agricultural Academy. The next-generation educational space, covering 322 square meters, opened last year and includes a modern computer classroom, a lecture hall, and a dedicated area for workshops and master classes.

Presenting the project at the ceremony, ROST Group HR Director Irina Yabreeva said: “This award is especially meaningful to us because it is about the future of the agro-industrial sector. ROST Group and the Timiryazev Academy did not simply create an educational space—we created the greenhouse of the future, the ROST Greenhouse, where students can collaborate, explore creative ideas, and learn in an environment that closely mirrors real high-tech production. We invested not only financial resources in this project, but also our knowledge, expertise, and passion. Since launching our partnership with the academy in 2023, more than 150 students have already completed internships at ROST Group’s greenhouse complexes, and 40 agronomy students have participated in our trainee program. We are now hiring young specialists for newly created roles at our greenhouse facilities. Twelve students from ROST Group are currently studying at the Timiryazev Academy under targeted sponsorship programs, and we plan to continue expanding this initiative. Thank you very much for recognizing our work.”

The Agroinvestor Award is widely regarded as one of the most authoritative and prestigious honors in the agricultural industry. Winning in two categories underscores ROST Group’s leadership both in production development and in investing in human capital.
